Mahindra Names Its Quanto Replacement As Nuvosport
India's leading SUV manufacturer Mahindra & Mahindra revealed its new bold and aggressive SUV called NuvoSport. It is based on a fresh platform as the new Scorpio which can be seen in its sporty styling and aggressive stance. Mahindra claims that this SUV is aimed at those who lead an active, outdoor lifestyle and have a bucket list of experiences to tick off regularly during their lifetime as it has an ability to innate active lifestyle.
“Today, Mahindra enjoys the strongest equity in the SUV segment in India. Being a customer centric organization we identified a need gap in the market and designed the NuvoSport to meet the needs of those customers who lead an active lifestyle and are looking for a sporty and fun to drive SUV. I am sure that with the addition of the NuvoSport, we will further consolidate our leadership in the SUV segment and effectively address the entire gamut of customer segments across price points ranging all the way from 4.5 lacs to 25 lacs.” said Pravin Shah, President & Chief Executive, (Automotive), M&M Ltd on merk name and images.
This new NuvoSport's R&D is entirely carried out at the world class Mahindra Research Valley (MRV) in Chennai and it is designed by in-house Mahindra design team. To provide the best of quality standards, the R&D activities of NuvoSport were planned with high standards of quality and accessible technology which will also meet highest standards on safety and emission norms.
After seeing an enormous amount of improvement in the quality of Mahindra's latest products and their safety standards, we can definitely believe in the above mentioned claims and expect Mahindra to price it competitively.
